Prawns with Vegetables
|Shelled prawns||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Frozen peas||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
Clean, trim and finely slice the leek.
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the prawns until they are pale brown.
Add the leek and peas and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with the cayenne pepper, celery salt, ginger and sugar.
Turn into a heated dish and serve.
