Garlic Flavored Barbecued Prawns
|Prawns||2 Pound, shelled, retain tails (1 Kilogram, 1 Piece)|
|Butter||125 Gram (1/2 Cup)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
|Finely chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon pepper||To Taste|
De-vein prawns and rinse in salted water, drain and place on doubled aluminium foil, formed into a dish.
In a pan, combine butter, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, lemon pepper and parsley, heat and mix.
Spread garlic butter over the prawns.
Place foil dish on the grid over smouldering coals and cook for 8-10 minutes, until liquid is bubbling, turning prawns once or twice.
