500 Gram (uncooked, shelled and deveined, tails left intact)
1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
To Taste, freshly ground
1. Thread prawns onto oiled bamboo skewers.
2. Place sesame oil, soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, garlic and black pepper to taste in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Brush prawns with oil mixture.
3. Cook skewers under a preheated grill or on a preheated barbecue, brushing frequently with oil mixture, for 3-4 minutes each side or until prawns change color and are cooked.
4. Serve skewers on a bed of steamed rice.
