|Large prawns||500 Gram (uncooked, shelled and deveined, tails left intact)|
|Sesame oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Black pepper||To Taste, freshly ground|
1. Thread prawns onto oiled bamboo skewers.
2. Place sesame oil, soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, garlic and black pepper to taste in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Brush prawns with oil mixture.
3. Cook skewers under a preheated grill or on a preheated barbecue, brushing frequently with oil mixture, for 3-4 minutes each side or until prawns change color and are cooked.
4. Serve skewers on a bed of steamed rice.
