Scallop And Prawn Sticks
|King prawns||6 , shelled and deveined (Uncooked)|
|Onion||1 Large, cut into eighths|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|White wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped fresh dill||2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped fresh chives||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Grated lime rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1.Thread prawns, scallops and onions onto six wooden skewers.
2.To make marinade, combine oil, wine, dill, parsley, chives, garlic, lime rind and juice in a glass dish.
Season to taste with pepper.
Add skewered seafood and marinate for 1 hour.
3.Remove seafood from marinade and grill for 2-3 minutes each side, turning and brushing with marinade frequently.
