Green Chilli & Galangal Prawns Shrimp
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), crushed|
|Galangal root||1 Inch, grated (Fresh)|
|Peeled cooked shrimp||1 Pound (500 Gram, Jumbo Sized, Tiger Prawns)|
|Fresh green chili||2 , sliced|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato puree||1 Tablespoon (Tomato Paste)|
|Coconut milk||6 Fluid Ounce (180 Milliliter, 3/4 Cup)|
|Garam masala||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh coriander||1 Tablespoon (Cilantro)|
1. Heat the oil in a Bald pan or wok, add the garlic and galangal and stir-fry until golden brown.
2. Add the prawns (shrimp) and green chillies and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
3. Stir in the lemon juice, tomato puree (paste), coconut milk, garam masala and salt. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until the prawns (shrimp) are cooked.
4. Add the fresh coriander (cilantro) and serve at once.
