  Cooked shelled prawns 6 Ounce (175 Grams)
  Button mushrooms 6 Ounce, sliced (175 Grams)
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)

Put the prawns and mushrooms in a bowl.
Mix together the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour over the prawns and mushrooms.
Toss well together, then leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
