Hot Chilli Prawns

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Lime 1 , zest grated (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Red chili 1 Large, finely chopped
  Tiger prawns 13 Ounce (400 Gram)
  Light vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Runny honey 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh coriander 3
Directions

Put the garlic, lime zest and juice, and chilli in a bowl and mix well together.
Stir in the prawns and leave to marinate for about 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok.
Lift the prawns from the marinade with a slotted spoon and put carefully into the pan.
Cook gently for 1-2 minutes, turning in the pan, until hot.
Pour any remaining marinade into the pan, with the honey and coriander, and heat through.
