Hot Chilli Prawns
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Lime||1 , zest grated (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Lime||1 , juiced|
|Red chili||1 Large, finely chopped|
|Tiger prawns||13 Ounce (400 Gram)|
|Light vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Runny honey||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh coriander||3|
Put the garlic, lime zest and juice, and chilli in a bowl and mix well together.
Stir in the prawns and leave to marinate for about 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok.
Lift the prawns from the marinade with a slotted spoon and put carefully into the pan.
Cook gently for 1-2 minutes, turning in the pan, until hot.
Pour any remaining marinade into the pan, with the honey and coriander, and heat through.
