Fried Seasoned Prawns

Ingredients
  Prawns 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Boiled egg 1
  Raw egg 1
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Shell prawns.
2. Season flour with pepper and salt, dust prawns with flour, dip in egg, coat with fine bread crumbs.
3. Fry in boiling fat. Remove and serve garnished with chopped parsley.
