Prawns With Spinach
|Prawns||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Hard boiled eggs||2|
|Grated nutmeg||To Taste|
Melt the butter in the chafing dish, add the spinach, season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg and heat through.
Put the prawns and sliced hard boiled eggs on top, and pour the cream over.
Cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
