Avocado With Spicy Lemon Prawns

Ingredients
  Avocados 2
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Peeled cooked prawns 4 1⁄2 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Low fat mayonnaise 5 Tablespoon
  Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Red chilies 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Green chili 1 , chopped
  Red chili 1 , chopped
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon (For The Garnish:)
  Coriander sprig 4 (For The Garnish:)
Directions

1. Halve the avocados and remove the stones. Brush the exposed flesh with a little of the lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Place the avocados cut side down on serving plates.
2. Squeeze out any excess water from the prawns.
3. Mix together the mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, coriander seeds, dried chillies, fresh coriander, and fresh green and red chillies. Add the prawns and blend everything together.
4. Turn the avocado halves over and spoon equal amounts of the mixture into them.
