Sauteed Garlic Prawns
|Prawns||2 Pound, peeled and deveined|
|Caesar garlic spread and seasoning||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Johnny'S Great)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|White wine||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Combine prawns with Johnny's Garlic Spread, lemon juice, pepper and wine in a glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Melt butter in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat.Transfer the prawns to the hot pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side, or until bright pink and opaque.
