Tiger Prawns In Cocomilk And Fish Sauce

A very simple but delicate recipe for homecooking. Tastes fabulous when served with rice.
Ingredients
  Tiger prawns 700 Gram
  Squash 500 Gram, sliced
  Green beans 200 Gram
  Coco milk 400 Milliliter
  Ginger 30 Gram, sliced
  Onion 1⁄2 , sliced
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), sliced
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Broth cube 1⁄2 (Classic Flavor)
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil in a large pan and sweat onion and ginger, add garlic and stir until golden brown. Add squash and after 3min add green beans, half broth cube, fish sauce, ground pepper and cocomilk, lower heat and simmer until vegetables are almost cooked. Add prawns and simmer until done.
