EggCoated And Fried Prawns
|Frozen pacific prawns||3|
|Ajinomoto||1 1⁄4 Pinch (Ve Tsin)|
|Peanut oil||2 Tablespoon|
Halve the shelled prawns lengthwise.
Remove the black intestinal lines and trim off tails and rough edges.
Mix together the pepper, salt, sugar and Ve-Tsin.
Dust the prawns with them and work them well in.
Add the egg and mix well.
Heat the oil.
Fry the prawns in it for 2 minutes on each side.
Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving dish and place the fried prawns on them.
