Golden Fried Prawns

Ingredients
  Prawns 12 Large, cleaned and deveined
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Marinade 1
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sherry/Wine 1 Tablespoon
  Ajino-moto 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Plain flour 3 Tablespoon
  Corn flour 3 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a bowl mix soya sauce, sherry, ajinomoto, salt and black pepper.
Marinate the prawns in it for 15-30 minutes.
Make a smooth paste by adding plain flour, cornflour, baking powder, oil, salt, white pepper and ajinomoto to the egg.
Add just enough water to get a very thick batter such that it is of a coating consistency.
Dip the prawns into the batter.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the prawns and deep fry one to two pieces at a time, till golden brown.
