King Prawns With Pernod

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  King prawns 500 Gram, uncooked, peeled and deveined, tails intact
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Spring onions 4 , finely chopped
  Finely snipped fresh chives 2 Tablespoon
  Crushed black peppercorns 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pernod 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley sprigs 1 (For Garnish)
Directions

In a large frying pan, heat the oil over moderate heat.
Add the prawns, garlic, spring onions, chives, pepper and Pernod.
Cook until prawns are no longer translucent, about 2 minutes, tossing frequently.
