Prawns Peasant-Style has a lovely taste. Prawns Peasant-Style gets its taste from seafood cooked with tomatoes and flavored with white wine. Prawns Peasant-Style is inspired by many restaurants across the world.
  Tomatoes 4 Medium
  Prawns 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped
  Dry unflavored breadcrumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper 1⁄3 Small, finely chopped (Red Or Green)
  Salt To Taste

Peel, seed and dice tomatoes.
Shell and devein prawns, opposite, and wash under cold running water.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add garlic.
Saute over medium heat until garlic begins to color.
Add breadcrumbs and mix well.
Stir in wine.
When wine is reduced by half, add diced tomatoes, parsley, hot pepper and prawns.
Season with salt and mix well.
Cook uncovered over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring a few times during cooking.
If sauce looks too dry, add a little more wine.
Place in a warm dish.
