Sweet And Sour Prawns
|Ginger paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Batter||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Red vinegar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Red chili||1 , soaked and ground|
|Cauliflower/Cabbage||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Few Pieces)|
Clean and dry the prawns, Season with salt; dip in batter and deep fry.
Heat the vinegar, sugar and ground chilli on a moderate fire, till the sugar melts.
Put in ginger and salt.
Bring to the boil.
Stir and remove the pan from the fire.
Add fried prawns, one inch long and quarter inch broad pieces of cucumber, and tomato cut into four.
Finally, add the boiled cabbage or cauliflower.
