|Green ginger paste||1 1⁄2|
|Tomato chutney||1 Tablespoon|
|Batter||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Clean the prawns and apply salt and the ginger paste.
Coat with batter and deep fry.
Stick a toothpick into each fried prawn and serve with tomato chutney.
