|Egg white||1 , beaten|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat egg white until stiff, add salt and continue beating.
Add sifted sugar gradually beating between each addition.
Fold in pecans.
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased heavy paper and bake 60 minutes at 250Â°F.
Cool slightly and remove from paper.
