Praline Sundae Sauce
|Brown sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (or margarine)|
|California walnuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), broken|
Combine brown sugar, cream, marshmallows, and dash salt in a 2 quart saucepan.
Heat and stir until brown sugar dissolves and mixture comes to boiling.
Then cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes (or till candy thermometer reaches 224Â°).
Remove from heat; add butter.
Cool slightly; add vanilla and walnuts.
