Praline Sundae Sauce

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Marshmallows 1⁄4 Pound
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (or margarine)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  California walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), broken
Directions

Combine brown sugar, cream, marshmallows, and dash salt in a 2 quart saucepan.
Heat and stir until brown sugar dissolves and mixture comes to boiling.
Then cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes (or till candy thermometer reaches 224°).
Remove from heat; add butter.
Cool slightly; add vanilla and walnuts.
Serve warm.
