|Brown sugar||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pecan halves||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Rum flavoring||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cook sugar, milk and pecans over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
Cook to 236 de- grees on candy thermometer, stirring constantly.
Cool candy slightly; add rum flavoring.
Beat until mixture begins to thicken; drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper.
