|Unpeeled almonds||100 Gram|
1.Take a frying pan or pan with heavy base.
Put sugar and almonds in it and cook the ingredients on low flame letting the sugar melt gently.
2.Once the color changes, stir the mixture using a skewer so that the nuts get toasted and mixed with sugar.
3.Once sugar is light brownish, turn the mixture out on a greased marble slab or steel plate.
4.Let the layer cool.
5.Use a spatula to take it off from the slab and crush with rolling pin as desired.
6.Serve in a bowl.
