Ingredients
  Granulated sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Pecan halves 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, add buttermilk, baking soda, salt and granulated sugar and boil until sugars are dissolved, continue to cook stirring frequently, add butter and keep stirring for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
2. Add pecans halves and stir till the mixture begins to thicken.

FINALISING
3. Once the mixture thickens, immediately drop with teaspoon the mixture onto waxed papers.
4. Cool at room temperature.

SERVING
5. Serve cool.
