Orange And Marshmallow Pralines

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Marshmallow cream 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon (1 Heaping Tablespoon)
  Chopped orange rind 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole pecans 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Place two orange rinds in water to boil.
Remove the inner white skin and chop very fine.
Bring sugar and milk to a hard boil, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Cook to 236 degrees or very soft ball stage.
Remove from fire and add butter, marshmallow cream, orange rind and pecans.
Beat.
Drop the creamed patties on greased working surface or waxed paper.
Yields 2 dozen.
