Banana Praline Sauce
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Banana||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
1. Heat margarine, brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in saucepan over medium heat until margarine melts and mixture is smooth.
2. Stir in banana. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until fruit is tender. Stir in walnuts. Cool. Cover and store in refrigerator.
3. Serve sauce warm over ice cream or frozen yogurt.
