|Dark corn syrup||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dark brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pecan pieces||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine syrup, sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat; stir in pecans and vanilla.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
