Peaches & Pralines

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rum/Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Ripe peaches/Medium size ripe nectarines 3 Medium, peeled, if desired, then pitted and sliced
  Pralines 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Caramelize sugar as directed above.
At once, add cream, stirring until sauce is smooth.
Remove from heat; stir in rum.
Use warm or let cool.
If made ahead, chill in a covered container up to 1 week.
To reheat, stir in pan over low heat just until warm.
Spoon peaches onto 4 dessert plates.
Pour sauce over fruit; top with pralines.
