  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned sliced peaches 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can, In Juice)
  Walnuts 2 Tablespoon, coarsely chopped
  Vanilla yogurt/Angel food cake slices/ peach yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Mix sugar and cornstarch in small saucepan; stir in water.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Boil about 1 minute or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low; stir in brandy, margarine and vanilla.
Gendy stir in peaches and walnuts; simmer 1 to 2 minutes until peaches are warm.
