Ingredients
  Bacon slices 5 , diced
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Pork loin 3 Pound, ground
  Tomato puree 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blanched almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Ripe olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Jalapeno chilies 6 , seeded and chopped
  Carrots 3 , pared and sliced
  Bananas 3 , peeled and sliced
  Apples 3 , pared, cored, and diced
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Fry bacon until brown in a large skillet.
Remove bacon from fat; reserve.
Brown onion and garlic in fat in skillet, then brown meat.
Discard excess fat.
Add tomato puree, almonds, olives, chilies, carrots, fruit, sugar, and salt, pepper, and cinnamon to taste; mix well.
Cook several minutes.
Mix in bacon.
Cool before stuffing turkey.
