Chicken And Stuffing Scallop
|Herb seasoned stuffing mix||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cooked and cubed chicken||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Eggs||6 , slightly beaten|
Prepare stuffing according to package directions for dry stuffing.
Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
Top with layer of chicken.
In large saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings.
Add cool broth; cook and stir till mixture thickens.
Stir small amount hot mixture into eggs; return to hot mixture.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes to set.
Cut in squares; serve with the following sauce.
