Outdoor Barbecued Pheasant are tasty and addictive! I serve this often for backyard barbecue parties at home. This superb Outdoor Barbecued Pheasant recipe has never failed me. Try it for yourself!
Ingredients
  Syrup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 12 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Oleo 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Young pheasants 2 , cut into pieces
Directions

Combine syrup, molasses, catsup, mustard, worcestershire sauce and butter; heat until butter is melted and mixture is hot.
Dip pheasant pieces in sauce; place on charcoal grill.
Broil, basting and turning frequently, until done.
