The tropical dream is a turkey salad prepared with cooked turkey along with veggies like celery and waterchestnuts and scallions. Combined together with mandarin orange sections, the tropical dream salad is served on lettuce lined bowls with almonds sprinkled on top.
Ingredients
  Cubed cooked turkey 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sliced water chestnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mandarin orange sections 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 12
  Roasted slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roasted
Directions

Combine turkey, water chestnuts, celery and scallions in large bowl; set aside.
Prepare Dress-ing; gently stir into turkey mixture.
Add man-darin orange sections.
Line 6 individual salad bowls with lettuce leaves.
Divide salad evenly among bowls.
Sprinkle with almonds.
