Combine turkey, water chestnuts, celery and scallions in large bowl; set aside.
Prepare Dress-ing; gently stir into turkey mixture.
Add man-darin orange sections.
Line 6 individual salad bowls with lettuce leaves.
Divide salad evenly among bowls.
Sprinkle with almonds.
