Fly Banes (Muchomorki)

These fly banes recipe is a tomato and egg appetizer recipe. Prepared with hard cooked eggs, the fly bane is very simple and easy to prepare and is served dotted with mayonnaise with lettuce as garnish. I love this lovely and mushroom shaped appetizers for their sheer ease of preparation and taste.
Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 8
  Tomatoes 4 Small
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Lettuce 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Peel the eggs.
Cut off both ends so eggs will stand evenly.
Stand the eggs on a small tray; they will serve for mushroom stems.
Cut the tomatoes in halves lengthwise.
Remove cores.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put each tomato half over an egg as a mushroom cap.
Dot the caps with mayonnaise.
Garnish the tray with lettuce.
