Turkey Part 2 - Stuffing For Turkey

we are making a stuffing for our turkey. We will use whole wheat bread as an healthy option. Mixed with vegetables and chicken stock the stuffing tastes great.
  Whole wheat bread 1
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Apples 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Dried cranberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Cut the bread slices into small pieces and toast them into oven for 10 minutes at 400 F.Spray some oil in a baking dish and put the bread pieces.Heat a pan and saute onion,celery, mushrooms and pepper to it. Then add apple and cranberries. Let the apple soften. Mix the vegetables and bread crumbs and add chicken stock. The stuffing is ready to be filled in the turkey.
