For the lazy-to-eat kids, this Sausage-And-Egg Casserole will do the magic. The Sausage-And-Egg Casserole has a flavor quite hard to resist. Just give this yummy Sausage-And-Egg Casserole a try.
Ingredients
  Turkey sausage 1 Pound
  Cubed white bread 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg substitute 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cooking spray 1
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Cook sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble.
Drain well.
Combine sausage and next 5 ingredients in a 13x9 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; stir well.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
