Turkey Stuffing Crust
|Stuffing mix||6 Cup (96 tbs), stuffing|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Combine stuffing mix and enough water to moisten; mix well.
Press into greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Saute onion in butter; blend in flour.
Stir in milk gradually; simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth and thickened.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Place in stuffing crust.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees; bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
