Stuffing For Roast Duck

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Bay leaf 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Cooking apple 1 , chopped
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  White breadcrumbs 14 Ounce (400 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Egg 1 (Size 3)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Pre-heat the oven to 375°F/190°C/Gas 5.

MAKING
2) Heat a pan, melt butter with oil.
3) Add chopped onions and sauté with bay leaf, thyme and parsley.
4) Put in raisins and cooking apple and sauté for a few minutes.
4) Put in breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper. Combine the ingredients with beaten egg.
6) Butter a foil, knead and wrap the mixture in a long tube.
7) Bake in hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

SERVING
8) Slice and serve with roast duck.
