Golden Crisp Rock Cornish Hens
|Frozen rock cornish game hens||6 Pound, thawed (6 Pieces, 1 Pound Each)|
|Buttermilk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoned coating mix for chicken||11 Ounce (2 Packages, 5.5 Ounce Each)|
|Spinach noodles||1 Pound (1 Package)|
|Onion salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1.Take the giblets out of cornish hens and refrigerate them for the gravy.
2.Wash the hens from within and dry.
3.Put a sprinkling of salt on the cavities.
4.Apply buttermilk on hens one by one and roll them in coating mix.
5.Take a jelly roll pan, put the hens on it with breast facing up.
6.Bake the hens for 15 minutes until soft.
7.Meanwhile, in a kettle, prepare noodles by following the package directions.
8.Strain and keep the noodles back in the kettle.
9.Put onion salt and butter or margarine and mix.
10.Serve the noodles topped with Cornish hens and garnished with watercress sprigs.
