Double Rice Stuffing For Turkey

Ingredients
  Long grain and wild rice mix 12 Ounce (2 Packages, 6 Ounces Each)
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon (3/4 Stick)
  Water 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Chopped celery 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Pimiento-stuffed olives 7 Ounce, drained and sliced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Follow the instructions on the label of rice mix and prepare it using 2 tablespoons of butter and margarine and 4 1/2 cups water.
2.In a large frying pan, heat the left over butter or margarine.
3.Put celery and onion in it and cook until tender.
4.Add rice mixture, olives, salt and pepper in the pan and stir.

SERVING
5.Use the stuffing as desired.
