Poultry Marinade

Ingredients
  Medium dry white wine/Red wine, sweet / dry vermouth / 1/2 cup each wine vinegar and water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil/Other cooking oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and crushed
  Crushed rosemary/Tarragon / thyme 4 (Fresh Sprigs)
  Crushed juniper berries 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a large jar and place all the ingredients in it
2. Cover the jar and shake vigourously so as to make a well blended mixture

SERVING
1. Use it to marinade or baste poultry
