Grilled Dove

Ingredients
  Pickled jalapeno slices 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 , cut into pieces
  Bacon strip 1 Tablespoon, thinly sliced
Directions

Between the joined dove breasts, place one piece of onion and a jalapeno slice (to taste).
Wrap each dove breast with a bacon strip.
Use toothpicks to hold dove breast and bacon together.
Grill over coals (low heat) for 10-20 minutes.
Add a 1 x 1 inch chunk of Monterey Jack cheese.
