Turkey Tenderloin With Stuffing
|Turkey tenderloins||1 Pound|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chicken flavored stuffing mix||3 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups / 1/2 Package, 6 Ounce Size With Seasoning Packet)|
Place turkey tenderloins in 10 X 6 x 1 1/2-inch dish with thickest parts to outside edges.
Add water, margarine and 2 tablespoons seasoning mix from the stuffing mix.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until thickest parts are done, 7 to 8 minutes.
Remove turkey with slotted spoon; reserve.
Stir 1 1/2 cups of the bread cubes into liquid in dish; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Cut half of the turkey into slices.
Cover and refrigerate 3/4 cup of the stuffing and the uncut turkey; use within 2 days for Turkey Club Casserole.
Spread remaining stuffing evenly in dish; arrange turkey slices on top.
Microwave uncovered until hot, 30 to 40 seconds.
