Roast Cornish Hens

  Cornish game hens 22 Ounce
  Tarragon vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Savory seasonings poultry blend 2 Teaspoon

Preheat oven to 425°.
Rinse hens; pat dry.
Tuck wings under body; tie legs together: Place hens, breast side up, on roasting rack in shallow roasting pan.
Brush vinegar evenly over hens; sprinkle on Poultry Blend.
Roast 55 to 65 minutes or until goldenbrown and internal temperature reaches 180° on meat thermometer.
To Stuff & Roast Hens: Use Wild Rice & Fruit Stuffing, Preheat oven to 375°.
Rinse hens; pat dry.
Divide stuffing into four equal parts and use one part to stuff into each hen.
Roast 75 to 85 minutes: or until internal temperature of stuffing teaches 160° on meat thermometer and hens are goldenbrown.
