Grandma 's Turkey Stuffing
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Poultry seasonings||3 Teaspoon (Mixed Such As Sage, Savory, Marjoram, Etc)|
|Chopped parsley||4 Tablespoon|
|Stale bread crumbs||8 Cup (128 tbs) (Soft)|
Saute celery and onion in melted butter until onion is tender, then remove from heat and toss with remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
Squeeze a small portion of the dressing between the ringers.
If the mixture falls apart, it is too dry and needs a little more melted butter or a sprinkle of hot broth.
