Rice Stuffing For Chicken

Ingredients
  Rice 2 Ounce
For the liver of the chicken
  Onion 1 Small
  Raisins 2 Ounce
  Ground almonds/Chopped almonds 2 Ounce
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Thyme sprig 1
  Egg 1
Directions

Boil the rice till just tender.
Chop the liver and the onion.
Mix all the ingredients, mashing the butter into the mixture with a fork.
Season and bind well.
Use also for meat, fish or vegetables.
