Rock Cornish Hens

|Peach juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Triple sec||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Rub hens with butter and salt.
Roast breast down for 30 minutes at 375°.
Baste with peach juice.
Turn, continue roasting until brown and tender, basting with the peach juice.
Add Triple Sec, ignite, and serve with hot juices.
