|Cooking liquid||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (From Cooking Giblets Or Water)|
In 4 cup glass measure add onion, celery and butter.
Microwave (high) 4-5 minutes, stirring once.
Microwave (high) I 1/2 minutes.
Combine with bread, poultry seasoning, sage, celery salt, salt, and pepper.
Toss with liquid to moisten.
Pack loosely into bird or cook separately, 6 min./lb.
