Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped fresh mushrooms 1 Pound
  Dry bread cubes 8 Cup (128 tbs), cut in 1/2-inch cubes (About 14 Slices)
  Poultry seasoning 2 Teaspoon
  Ground sage 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking liquid 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (From Cooking Giblets Or Water)
Directions

In 4 cup glass measure add onion, celery and butter.
Microwave (high) 4-5 minutes, stirring once.
Add mushrooms.
Microwave (high) I 1/2 minutes.
Combine with bread, poultry seasoning, sage, celery salt, salt, and pepper.
Toss with liquid to moisten.
Pack loosely into bird or cook separately, 6 min./lb.
Stuffs 10-12 lb. bird.
