Macadamia Nut Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients
  Bread crumbs 2 Quart
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Chopped celery leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed bay leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Brandy/Sherry wine 1 Tablespoon
  Macadamia nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Hawaiian)
Directions

Place bread cubes in a large bowl.
Heat skillet, add butter.
Saute onions, garlic, celery and celery leaves.
Add to bread cubes and combine with remaining ingredients.
Toss together lightly.
If stuffing seems very dry, add melted butter, milk or broth to moisten slightly.
Stuff into salted turkey.
