Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients
  Stale bread loaf 1 1⁄2 , diced/grated
  Chopped celery 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Spanish onion 1 , chopped
  Ham/1 pound diced bacon 1 Pound
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Parsley 1
  Sage 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Melt the butter in frying pan, then sautee ham, celery and onion. If you use diced bacon, sautee the vegetables in the bacon fat and omit the butter.
2. Add this to the stale bread in a large bowl, and mix thoroughly.
3. Add the seasonings and blend well.
4. Add 1 slightly beaten egg and mix.
