Elegant Game Hens

|Bottled browning sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Grenadine syrup||2 Tablespoon|
|Hot water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bread stuffing mix||5 Ounce (1/2 Package)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Crushed pineapple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Rinse and dry hens.
Stuff; tie legs together close to body with string.
Mix next 4 ingredients, reserving half for basting.
Spread half over hens.
Place on a large platter; cook in Radarange oven, breast side down for 15 minutes.
Turn hens breast side up, baste them.
Turn dish 180°, cook 15 minutes more.
Remove from oven, let stand, insert meat thermometer.
Cover hens with foil to keep warm for about 8 minutes before serving.
Temperature should read 185°.
Combine all ingredients, mix well.
